Being health conscious it is important to consider the ingredients and the overall caloric intake of a meal like this. Six cup of cooked cabbage is only 84 calories. 2 eggs are about 156 calories. Choose to omit the egg and the calories can be reduced. 2 tablespoons of olive oil is about 240 calories. 1/2 of diced onion is about 48 calories. The garlic cloves are about 5 calories per clove. Soy sauce depends on the brand but many of them are free of calories. If each ingredient is totaled the overall caloric intake for the entire meal is 533. This recipe yields a serving of 5-6 people for a grand total of 89-106 calories per person. Not bad for such a great tasting dish.
